अर्थ : रहीम कहते हैं कि यदि वचन देना हमारे हाथ में होता, जो होना था उस पर हमारा वश होता तो ऐसा क्यों होता कि राम हिरण के पीछे गए और सीता का हरण हो गया। क्योंकि यह तो होना ही था - इस पर हमारा कोई नियंत्रण नहीं था और न ही होगा, इसलिए राम सोने के मृग के पीछे चले गए और रावण सीता को लंका ले गया।
