रहीम के दोहे हिंदी अर्थ के साथ

12. 

खीरा सिर ते काटि के, मलियत लौंन लगाय।
रहिमन करुए मुखन को, चाहिए यही सजाय।।

अर्थ :  खीरे की कड़वाहट दूर करने के लिए उसके ऊपरी सिरे को काटकर उस पर नमक मलते हैं। रहीम कहते हैं कि कटु वचन बोलने वाले के लिए यही दण्ड उचित है।

Khira Sir te katiye, maliyat loan lagay.
rahiman Karve mukhan ko, chahie yahi sajay.

Meaning :  To remove the bitterness of cucumber, its upper end is cut and salt is rubbed on it. Rahim says that this is the appropriate punishment for the one who speaks harsh words.
